Summary of Ministry Contributions:
In 1970, Kay co-founded Precept Ministries with her husband Jack Arthur. Precept Ministry began as a fledgling ministry for teens but has grown into a worldwide ministry whose goal is to establish people in God’s word.

As Co-founder, CEO, and Executive Vice-President of Precept Ministries, an internationally known Bible teacher, author, conference speaker, former missionary, and host of national radio and television programs, Kay has made major contributions to the Christian community around the world.

Writes Precept Upon Precept Bible studies that are published by Precept Ministries. Precept Bible classes are held in all 50 states and are used in more than 118 foreign countries, 63 languages including Spanish, Romanian, Portuguese, Chinese, Korean, Czech, German and Russian.

Teaches at weekend conferences and stadium events

International ministry includes traveling to Israel, India, Romania, Russia, Japan, Czech Republic, Kazakhstan, Korea, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Cyprus, Greece, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, and England to teach people how to study the Bible.

Kay has trained over 25,000 International Pastors and Seminary Leaders in one-week seminars.
